§ 36-3. Tax assessments.

Latest version.

The city shall accept the assessments made by the county board of tax assessors on all property within the city. The county will provide the city with a tax digest each year as required by state law. The city clerk, or his agent, shall compare the tax digest with city records and notify the county tax assessors of any omissions and/or errors.
