§ 32-228. Appeals.

All appeals of any administrative decision by the mayor and city council or any decision or adjudication by the city court/municipal court shall be made in writing to the Superior Court of Paulding County, Georgia within 30 days from the date of any administrative decision or other decision/adjudication by the city/municipal court. Any person or entity appealing any decision or adjudication pursuant to this chapter or any fine or administrative decision pursuant to this chapter shall also furnish to the Clerk of the City of Dallas, Georgia written notice of any appeal via certified mail.
