§ 10-24. Each line of business to be identified on business registration.

(a)

The business registration of each business operated in the city shall identify the lines of business that the business conducts.

(b)

No business shall conduct any lien of business without first having that line of business:

(1)

Registered with the city clerk; and

(2)

Being noted by the city upon the business registration form which is to be displayed by the business owner.
